Welcome to the Zaltz website (“Website”). By accessing or using this Website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services with Zaltz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Zaltz provides live music and related entertainment services for events, including but not limited to weddings, private events, and corporate functions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation via a signed contract and receipt of required payments.

2. Booking & Contracts

All bookings are only considered confirmed once:

• A signed contract is received, and
• A deposit (or full payment, if required) has cleared

Verbal agreements or email correspondence alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the contract.
• Accepted payment methods will be outlined at the time of booking.
• Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services without liability to Zaltz.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by the terms outlined in the signed contract.

Zaltz reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or force majeure events). In such cases, Zaltz will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement or issue a refund as outlined in the contract.

5. Event Details & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including:

• Date, time, and location
• Venue requirements and restrictions
• Load-in/load-out access, stage size, and power availability

Any changes to event details must be communicated promptly. Additional fees may apply for changes requested after booking.

6. Overtime

Performance time is based on the hours specified in the contract. Overtime is subject to availability and additional fees and must be approved by an authorized representative of Zaltz during the event.

7. Technical & Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• Safe and adequate power supply
• Compliance with venue rules and local regulations
• Adequate protection from weather for outdoor events

Zaltz reserves the right to delay or suspend performance if conditions are unsafe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, videos, logos, music samples, and branding — is the property of Zaltz and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Media Usage

Zaltz may capture photos or videos during events for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the event.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zaltz shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control
• Issues caused by third-party vendors, venues, or client-provided equipment

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Zaltz for the event.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise site functionality
• Misrepresent information when submitting inquiries

Zaltz reserves the right to restrict access to the Website if misuse is detected.

12. Privacy

Use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
